basic conditions

• The warranty is for the power bank only.
• The warranty includes technical defects and errors only.
• The warranty does not cover defects and errors resulting from misuse.
• The period required to maintain the device is determined by the competent technician, and we have the right to open the device and inspect it under the warranty.
• Failure to read all the terms and conditions does not hold us responsible for this.
• In the event that a product must be replaced by the customer and this product is not available because of the old model, it will be replaced by a product close to the last price at which it was sold.

Terms voiding warranty:

• The device has been exposed to liquids such as water or traces of moisture and oxidation.
• Internal breakage, scratching, bending or cracks resulting from dropping the device.
• Opening the device outside the MIFIC maintenance center, or the presence of burning traces of one of the components of the device.
• Malfunctions due to excessive consumption of the product.
• Malfunctions due to the use of external accessories that are incompatible with the product or of poor quality.
